I was reading an article a couple of days ago where the writer said that Brooklyn used to be an alternative but now is a choice in Real Estate.  And I guess it makes more sense among artistic and young couple who are looking for historical buildings and neighborhoods with beautiful architecture and curb appeal.  One of my favorite neighborhoods in Brooklyn, and probably the only one I know, is Brooklyn Heights and I wouldn't mind living there at all.  This couple bought an apartment in Cobble Hill, a closed-to-cars block of 22 brownstones in Brooklyn Heights and did a wonderful job restoring and remodeling it.  Enjoy!
